Job Description
We are hiring an IT Vendor Manager to help build and lead a new vendor management function within the IT organization. This role will establish processes, governance, and structure for how the company manages its technology vendors.
This position will require the ability to work hybrid (3 days/week).
Responsibilities
+ Build and lead the IT Vendor Manager office from the ground up.
+ Create and implement vendor governance, standards, and processes.
+ Improve visibility into vendor performance, requests, and order tracking.
+ Support risk mitigation and improve overall customer experience.
+ Strengthen business and vendor partnerships.
+ Introduce IT procurement best practices.
Qualifications
+ Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
+ Certifications such as CPSM, CPM, ITIL, or CISM preferred.
