We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition (TA) professional to lead recruitment initiatives for our Manufacturing divisions — Battery (Lithium-ion), Solar Module/Cell, and Wind Blade . The incumbent will develop and execute recruitment strategies, partner with business leaders, and build a robust talent pipeline to support the company’s ambitious growth plans.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The role requires a deep understanding of Talent Acquisition practices and a strong ability to translate business needs into actionable hiring strategies.
The TA Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process , ensuring access to top talent, and implementing a consultative, data-driven approach to hiring. This position demands a strategic thinker and effective people leader, capable of balancing speed, quality, and innovation in a fast-paced, complex environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition Strategy

Design and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with JSW Energy’s long-term business objectives.

Develop and refine the recruitment roadmap to achieve high-quality hiring and cost-efficiency .

Identify and apply emerging hiring trends and best practices to strengthen recruitment outcomes.
Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to drive high performance and collaboration .

Build a results-oriented, agile TA function focused on continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management

Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and talent priorities.

Provide strategic insights on recruitment processes, market intelligence, and hiring trends.

Manage relationships with external vendors and recruitment agencies , ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance standards.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management

Oversee proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-demand talent.

Leverage innovative sourcing tools including social media, professional networks, analytics, and employer branding platforms to build diverse pipelines.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

Strengthen JSW Energy’s position as an employer of choice through branding initiatives and market engagement.

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Educational Background:

Bachelor’s Degree with a Master’s in HR or equivalent specialization.
Core Competencies & Experience:

12–15 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition , preferably in a large, matrixed organization.

Proven success in strategic and global recruitment practices .

Strong understanding of Diversity & Inclusion principles and application in hiring.

Skilled in stakeholder management , project execution, and meeting tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.

Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.
