Looking for an experienced TA operations leader to manage systems, process and data to ensure efficient talent acquisition.


  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement long-term TA operational strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the candidate experience.
  • Technology Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and utilization of TA technology tools (e.g., ATS, sourcing platforms, etc.) to support the TA function.
