About the Role
We are seeking a highly metric-driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Manager to own and execute the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for India. Your primary mission will be to design and implement scalable hiring processes to support our aggressive growth targets across all functions. You will be a true partner to business leaders, managing stakeholder expectations while operating efficiently with limited resources. Success in this role is defined by your ability to deliver quality talent, predictably and at scale, while optimizing for cost and time.
