Job Description
Ecolab is looking for a TA Market Intelligence, & Insights Analyst that willfocuses on generating, interpreting, and making actionable recommendations based on both external and internal talent data and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning, as well as experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide insights and recommendations on key TA and external talent metrics and trends. You will work to understand internal TA and broader Ecolab stakeholder needs, and provide actionable data and insights, recommendations, and solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on global, cross-functional initiatives aimed at creating mechanisms and processes for providing important data, insights, and intelligence that influence talent acquisition decision making and outcomes.
