- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Lead tech and non-tech hiring campaigns to support business growth.
- Build strong talent pipelines using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking).
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to provide talent insights.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and track recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks to advise business leaders.
