We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive end-to-end recruitment across tech and non-tech functions. This role offers the opportunity to manage high-volume hiring and partner closely with business leaders in Singapore’s competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Lead tech and non-tech hiring campaigns to support business growth.
  • Build strong talent pipelines using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking).
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to provide talent insights.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and track recruitment metrics.
  • Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks to advise business leaders.
