- Work Mode: Onsite (Monday to Friday)

- Shift: Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST ( Not US IT Recruitment)

- Employment Type: Full-time

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and departments

✔ Collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements and hiring strategies

✔ Proactively source and engage talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and events

✔ Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules

✔ Maintain and update ATS with accurate candidate data

✔ Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience

✔ Support employer branding and hiring campaigns

✔ Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, diversity goals)

✔ Participate in DE&I, university hiring, and process improvement initiatives
