Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Recruitment Service Management
  • Responsible for Vendor Mgt linked to Talent and Organizational Development
  • Providing HRBP support for defined Business areas
  • Supporting Head HR Strategic Projects with Project Management activities and Project Portfolio Mgt.
  • Interacting with: CHI HR LT and Senior Business leaders
  • Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
  • Required degree Bachelor, Master degree preferred
  • Preferred area of study: HR, Economics, Psychology
  • English Business Fluent
  • Project Mgt certification
  • 10+ years work experience in HR
  • Min. 5 years’ experience as HRBP
  • Min. 3 years’ experience as Service Manager / Vendor Manager Level
  • Highly Experienced – 10+ years
