Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business users. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and translate it into effective Tableau solutions. Build and manage data models to support business intelligence and reporting needs. Integrate and transform data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, cloud services, APIs) into Tableau for reporting and analysis. Optimize Tableau workbooks, dashboards, and visualizations for performance, ensuring that reports load quickly and efficiently. Create calculated fields, complex aggregations, and filters in Tableau to provide advanced data insights. Work with large datasets and implement best practices for handling data at scale in Tableau. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across dashboards, reports, and other business intelligence solutions. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Tableau reports, identifying and resolving issues related to data quality and performance. Provide ongoing support for Tableau dashboards, including updates, enhancements, and maintenance. Train and support business users on Tableau functionalities, best practices, and self-service reporting capabilities. Stay up to date with the latest Tableau features, tools, and updates, and recommend improvements to existing reporting processes. Ensure compliance with data security and governance policies, including managing user permissions and roles in Tableau.
