Brush Hand/ Painter
- $37.50 - $44.00 p/h + penalties (depending on experience)
- Located in Merewether, NSW

About Our Client:
Our client is a trusted local painting business known for delivering high-quality workmanship across residential and commercial projects. With a strong reputation for reliability, attention to detail, and professional service, they provide a full range of painting solutions including preparation, coatings, refinishing, and maintenance work.
Roster:
Monday - Friday 6.30am to 3.00pm
What you will be doing:
- Assisting painters with preparation, set-up, and clean-up on job sites
- Using brushes and rollers under supervision to support painting tasks
- Completing a range of surface preparation duties including sanding, scraping, patching, and cleaning
- Masking and protecting surrounding areas to ensure clean and accurate finishes
- Carrying, organising, and setting up tools, materials, and equipment
- Cleaning brushes, rollers, trays, and all painting gear at the end of each shift
- Supporting painters with general labouring duties as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area at all times
What you will need:
- White Card essential
- Basic painting experience is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely on active job sites
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills
- Drivers Licence and reliable transport
- Physically fit with the ability to handle manual labour and repetitive tasks
- Reliability and punctuality are a must
