About the Role

As an TAC Engineer , you will manage complex technical issues, deliver deep‑dive troubleshooting, and act as a key technical liaison between customers and advanced engineering teams. This role requires strong problem‑solving skills, ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced support environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot medium to high-complexity issues across Check Point product lines.
• Analyze logs, debug traffic flows, and identify root causes efficiently.
• Provide advanced configuration guidance and optimization recommendations.
• Handle escalations from L1 engineers and mentor junior team members.
• Drive support cases to closure while maintaining SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Product teams for defect investigation and resolution.
