In this role, what matters most is your ability to read the environment anticipate risk, and act quickly and professionally. Your strong observational skills, sound judgment and ability to interact positively with others will be your greatest strengths.
Despite being a primarily observational and supervisory role, this requires physical stamina, attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage high-responsibility environments such as detention areas, secure facilities and other critical sites.
This position requires the ability to remain composed and professional in challenging environments, including occasions of verbal hostility. GardaWorld provides training and support to help employees safely manage difficult interactions.
