We are looking for experienced Security Officers to join our Tactical Mobile team!  This team works throughout the Greater Victoria Region, but your shifts will start and end at the base site in Victoria. Your pay rate will start at $25/hr and increase to $27/hr after completing training, and you will be working 12-hour shifts on a rotational basis.

In this role, your main objective is the prevention of criminal activity in Victoria by conducting emergency responses to alarms, reporting security breaches and property damage, and directing unauthorized individuals to leave the premises. You will be driving a Paladin vehicle and also conducting foot patrols inside and outside of facilities, up and down stairs, and over uneven surfaces and terrains.
