Job Responsibilities
The Tactical SATCOM Operator position shall be responsible for:
+ Knowledge of tactical and commercial satellite communication equipment.
+ Operation of Satellite Modems, associated cables, and interconnects; Low Noise Block (LNB); Intermediate Frequency (IF) cable and connections; Antenna, Antenna motors, Solid State Power Amplifiers (SSPA), Antenna Control Unit (ACU), and associated cabling and interconnects; Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS); Generator (if applicable).
