seeking a skilled and experienced Tailor with a strong background in Indian ethnic wear, including sarees, lehengas, salwar suits, kurtas, and sherwanis. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of traditional and contemporary tailoring techniques, garment fitting, and embroidery detailing.Key Responsibilities:Stitch, alter, and finish Indian ethnic garments as per design specifications.Work with various fabrics including silk, cotton, georgette, chiffon, brocade, and velvet.Take accurate body measurements and perform fittings.Understand and implement designer sketches, tech packs, or customer specifications.Ensure high-quality stitching, finishing, and attention to detail.Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet delivery timelines.Handle minor repairs and alterations as needed.Maintain cleanliness and safety of workstations and machines.Requirements:Proven experience (3+ years) in tailoring Indian ethnic wear.Strong knowledge of garment construction, cutting, and finishing.Ability to handle domestic and industrial sewing machines.Keen eye for detail and passion for ethnic fashion.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
