Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talend Administrator with strong QlikView exposure to manage, administer, and support enterprise data integration and BI environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Talend platform administration, performance optimization, security, deployments, and operational support, while collaborating closely with data engineering, analytics, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Talend platform (Talend Administration Center, Job Servers, TAC users, security, and environments).
• Manage Talend job deployments, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting across DEV/QA/PROD environments.
• Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and health monitoring of Talend services.
• Implement and maintain security, user access, and role-based permissions within Talend.
• Support QlikView environments, including server administration, reload schedules, access control, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with data engineers and BI teams to ensure seamless integration between Talend and QlikView.
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and proactive issue prevention.
• Support upgrades, patches, and migrations for Talend and QlikView platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and operational best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talend Administration (Talend DI, TAC, Job Servers).
• Hands-on experience with QlikView administration and production support.
• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts, data pipelines, and scheduling frameworks.
• Experience with Linux/Unix, shell scripting, and job automation.
• Working knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Experience with monitoring tools, logging, and performance tuning.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
