Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter (Contract – 1 Year) with 2–3 years of experience in

recruitment who can manage the end-to-end hiring process and play a key role in onboarding,

background verification (BGV), and HR operations–related activities.

This role requires someone who can balance candidate experience with organizational needs,

ensuring smooth hiring and seamless integration of new employees into the company.

Mandatory Skills:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination,

and offer management)

• Experience in IT and Non-IT hiring, specifically Engineering, Mechanical, and IT roles

• Basic knowledge of ATS / recruitment tracking systems

• Experience coordinating onboarding formalities (documentation, induction, joining process)
