Sentinel Property Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition professional to deliver end-to-end recruitment across corporate, property, retail and operational roles. Working closely with Hiring Managers and the People & Culture team, this role provides trusted recruitment advice, strengthens employer branding, and ensures a high-quality candidate experience across the business. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of recruitment delivery while contributing to continuous improvement of talent acquisition systems, processes and workforce capability.
