At 4WD Supacentre, we're building something big. Big growth. Big hiring volumes. Big expectations. We're on the hunt for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Adviser who knows how to get on the tools, partner with leaders, and actually get roles filled.

This is not an admin support role. This is end-to-end internal recruitment with real ownership and real impact.

What you'll be doing (the good stuff)

• Owning recruitment from approved request to signed contract
• Running multiple roles at once across retail, warehouse and corporate portfolios
• Partnering directly with leaders and driving hiring outcomes, not waiting on them
• Getting on the phones and headhunting talent using direct sourcing, referrals and talent pools
• Building strong pipelines so we're not always starting from scratch
