About the Position

Join Explore Edmonton’s People & Culture team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, where you’ll play a key role in supporting timely, consistent, and compliant recruitment across the organization.

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition & Business Partnering, this role supports two primary recruitment streams:

• Variable (Hourly) Positions, where you provide coordination, guidance, approvals, and employment documentation in partnership with hiring managers


• Budgeted (Salaried) Positions, where you lead the full end-to-end recruitment process
