JOB DESCRIPTION
The Talent Acquisition Analyst (Onboarding) plays a vital role in creating a smooth and engaging experience for new hires from the moment of job offer acceptance up to the point of handover to their respective line managers. This role ensures that all preboarding activities are efficiently coordinated, timely, and aligned with company standards, while partnering closely with key stakeholders including HR business partners, line managers, IT, and facilities. The role also contributes to broader talent acquisition initiatives such as employer branding, employee referrals, internships, and recruitment marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
