Talent Acquisition Analyst at BairesDev

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our team and support various recruiting projects. We need dynamic professionals with good organizational skills who can handle multiple tasks and pay attention to detail. What You Will Do:

- Support the staffing strategy for company openings.

- Gather information related to profile requirements and job assignments.

- Work with the recruiting team to identify potential candidates.

- Present qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.

- Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to identify growth opportunities.

- Suggest improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

- Analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

- Experience in staffing, recruiting, or project management.

- Good level of English.

- Experience in IT recruitment.
