The Talent Acquisition Analyst (Onboarding)plays a vital role in creating a smooth and engaging experience for new hiresfrom the moment of job offer acceptance up to the point of handover to their respective line managers. This roleensures that all preboarding activities are efficiently coordinated, timely, and aligned with company standards,whilepartnering closely with key stakeholders including HR business partners, line managers, IT, and facilities. The rolealso contributes to broader talent acquisition initiatives such as employer branding, employee referrals, internships,and recruitment marketing.
