PeopleCert is seeking a results-driven and meticulous Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team.. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, your responsibilities will include the following:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies. Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and employee referrals to attract top talent. Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone and video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate interview schedules and act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics. Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts to enhance the company’s visibility in the job market. Handle administrative hiring tasks, including preparing offer letters, on-boarding candidates, and ensuring compliance with hiring regulations. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies. What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR. Previous experience in the education sector and/or global talent sourcing is a strong advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Fluency in English (C2-level proficiency preferred; LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certification would be a plus). Fluency in Greek ·Advanced computer literacy is required (ECDL Advanced level certification desirable). Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment. Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Familiarity with labor laws, hiring regulations, and best HR practices is a plus. What we offer:
