Your ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently and contribute to building a strong workforce will be critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT/ IT roles in the BPO/IT Software Services/Support sector, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
