Responsibilities

  • Identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and conclude the fitness of the candidate.
  • Source and interview candidates for IT/BPO/Shared Service corporate positions.
  • Assist in the gathering of data needed in the preparation of various recruitment reports.
  • Identify and resolve reporting issues proactively, and immediately inform the direct supervisor of any hot issues.
  • Provide suggestions to improve recruitment business processes.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to various recruitment processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • At least 1 year of experience in volume/corporate hiring (leadership hiring is an advantage).
  • BPO/Shared Service/Agency recruitment experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
