Responsibilities
- Identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and conclude the fitness of the candidate.
- Source and interview candidates for IT/BPO/Shared Service corporate positions.
- Assist in the gathering of data needed in the preparation of various recruitment reports.
- Identify and resolve reporting issues proactively, and immediately inform the direct supervisor of any hot issues.
- Provide suggestions to improve recruitment business processes.
- Provide administrative and operational support to various recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- At least 1 year of experience in volume/corporate hiring (leadership hiring is an advantage).
- BPO/Shared Service/Agency recruitment experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
