Overview

The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates for various positions within the organization and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires. The role involves sourcing candidates through multiple channels, pre-screening them, endorsing qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Officers, and maintaining accurate reports and onboarding progress.

Primary duties & responsibilities

  • Utilize various channels and platforms for candidate identification.
  • Qualify candidates based on the job description provided.
  • Evaluate candidate profiles and assess their suitability for open positions.
  • Exhaust all job boards and ensure proper uploading in the firm’s current Applicant Tracking System.
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future workforce needs.
  • Pre-screen candidates before sending them to the Talent Acquisition (TA) Officer in charge.
