Job Description

A Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Associate is responsible for a full-cycle of recruitment, identifying, engaging, and attracting top candidates to meet the staffing needs of a company. Their duties include collaborating with hiring managers regularly and proactively identifying future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR or related background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full-cycle of recruitment: Screening/initial interview, calibration, scheduling of interview, background check, and job offer endorsement to onboarding, keeping warm of candidates

  • Ad Hoc - update trackers, sending of recruitment masterlist, send offboarding requests to hiring managers, respond to inquiries, and creation of reports/data
