We are looking for a driven and high-ownership Talent Acquisition Associate to support and scale the hiring function in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who is serious about building a long-term career in recruiting and wants accelerated growth through hands-on exposure.

Location: Balewadi, Pune
Work Mode: Monday–Friday (Work From Office) | Saturday (Work From Home)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates across multiple hiring requirements
• Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, including interview scheduling and coordination
• Partner closely with founders, hiring managers, and startup stakeholders to close roles efficiently
• Own hiring outcomes and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process
