• Key Role Responsibilities: Part take in development and implementation of Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and growth ambitions
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders / global stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and enhance relationships with external hiring partners / agencies, job boards/ social media, campus, diversity forums and other talent sources to enhance organization's reach in Offshore industry
