Responsibilities:

from start to finish.

·Manage candidate
relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the
recruitment process.

·Stay up-to-date on
industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and leverage this
knowledge to continuously improve recruitment processes.

·Collaborate with the
HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout
the recruitment process.

·Track and analyze
recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and
make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

·Assist with other
HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
