Reporting to the Director Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner will play a crucial role by identifying and attracting top talent across Agropur's global operations. This role expands beyond transactional recruitment; it is a strategic partner who collaborates and interfaces closely with the Talent Acquisition and Planning teams, Human Capital Business Partners and hiring managers to identify the best strategies and tools to acquire top talent efficiently and cost effectively. This role will leverage technology to promote Agropur in the community and as a strong potential employer. 3-month temporary contract.
