About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) will partner with business leaders to build Talent Acquisition (TA) programs and plans, as well as supporting the full recruitment cycle for non-union and union field sales, drivers and operational roles. This role will focus on high volume recruitment hourly recruitment as well as provide support to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner with the overflow of salary recruitment, if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Full cycle Talent Acquisition support for high volume and salaried field operational roles 

  • Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to develop high volume seasonal Talent Acquisition strategies and plans based on hiring trends and workforce planning objectives
