Job Description

We're looking for a strategic and proactive Recruitment Talent Partner to join our team in Cebu (hybrid setup- IT Park). In this role, you'll manage end-to-end hiring, partner with hiring managers, and help build strong pipelines of top talent.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across key clients
  • Source, screen, and engage top candidates
  • Work closely with hiring teams to deliver hiring success
  • Support employer branding and initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
  • Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and hiring metrics
  • Based in Cebu, hybrid setup (at least 3x/week)
