Job Description
We're looking for a strategic and proactive Recruitment Talent Partner to join our team in Cebu (hybrid setup- IT Park). In this role, you'll manage end-to-end hiring, partner with hiring managers, and help build strong pipelines of top talent.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across key clients
- Source, screen, and engage top candidates
- Work closely with hiring teams to deliver hiring success
- Support employer branding and initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
- Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS tools and hiring metrics
- Based in Cebu, hybrid setup (at least 3x/week)
