Talent acquisition Specialist
**Position objective**:
**Requirement**:
- Bachelor degree in Business Management or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in similar position in automotive environment
- Experience working in Human Resources
- MS Office proficient
- Problem solving skills
- Availability of travel 10%
- Schedule availability
- Fluent in English
**Main responsabilities**:
- Recruitmet all levels positions.
- Coordinate recruiting and hiring process.
- Work with the hiring managers to define exact staffing needs.
- Planning out the entire interview and selection process (screening calls, in-person interviews, and making assessments)
- Make sure job descriptions properly convey the company needs.
- Organize Company branding initiatives.
- Organize participation in job fairs and attend them.
- Organize other types of recruitment events (job open houses, in-house hiring fairs, etc.).
- Warranty positions closing on time required.
- Create appropriate reports and graphics to control activities.
