**Job Purpose and Impact**
+ The Professional, Recruiting job utilizes a consultative and strategic approach to support full cycle recruiting, sourcing, assessment and selection processes in order to recruit top talent in a cost effective manner and add value to the organization. Under limited supervision, this job performs moderately complex recruiting activities, ensuring compliance and efficiency while providing an excellent candidate experience and driving the organization's brand as an employer of choice.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION: Develops and executes recruiting strategies by researching and applying understanding of recruiting industry trends and best practices, labor market research and competitive intelligence, and recruiting tools and technology systems.
