As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) for a period of 1 year. This role is based in Singapore.

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience to support end-to-end recruitment operations. The role focuses on interview scheduling, candidate coordination, CV screening, and TA-related administrative activities, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Duties

  • Recruitment Coordination & Scheduling
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders across the region
    • Manage interview logistics including calendar invites, video links, venue coordination, and follow‑ups
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
  • Candidate Screening & Pipeline Support
    • Screen resumes against job requirements and share shortlisted profiles with recruiters/hiring managers
    • Maintain and update candidate pipelines.
    • Conduct initial candidate touchpoints such as availability checks and basic screening calls (if required)
    • Support TA team with sourcing as required
  • TA Operations & Administration
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and updates on tracking sheets
    • Support offer rollout processes including documentation coordination and follow‑ups
    • Assist with background verification and onboarding
    • Ensure recruitment processes follow internal policies and compliance requirements
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to ensure timely hiring
    • Provide regular status updates on interview progress and hiring metrics

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination or operations
  • Strong experience in interview scheduling and candidate coordination
  • Hands‑on experience with ATS and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and collaboration tools
