Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This position is open for candidates located in
Medellin, Bogota, Barranquilla, Cartagena or Bucaramanga

This role is responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing activities related to sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates to fill the company's required vacancies, in coordination with the Talent Acquisition Manager and requesting departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fully understand the organization's culture to establish recruitment requirements aligned with its plans, mission, vision, and values.
• Comprehend LSG's operational needs and requirements for the candidate selection process.
• Receive information on hiring requests aligned with the TA Manager and define selection criteria.
• Responsible for posting job openings on the Talent Acquisition portal based on the requesting department's requirements.
