We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our fast-paced, high-impact Human Resources team supporting recruiting operations across the organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Role Details:

  • Start: 2/9/2026 | End: 8/8/2026 (0–6 months)
  • Temporary | Non-Exempt (OT eligible with approval)
  • Schedule: Onsite Mon–Thurs | Remote Fridays | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  •  $30–$31/hr
  • Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate 35–70 interviews per week, including panels and candidate travel
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to align schedules
  • Manage interview logistics, confirmations, and conference rooms
  • Support onboarding, background checks, and fingerprint scheduling (FL)
