In this role you will be responsible for:
- Creating and publishing job ads on relevant forums.
- Maintain a speedy recruitment process
- Coordinate the interviews
We believe that you
- are fluent in English and Norwegian; additional languages are an advantage.
- Have an understanding of the Norrwegian labor laws and work permit process.
- a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the industrial, construction, or energy sectors (e.g., Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Renewables).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
