About The Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative, sourcing , and operational support to the recruiting team to ensure an efficient and compliant hiring process. This non-exempt, fully remote role based in the Philippines supports recruiting activities from requisition approval through onboarding handoff, including candidate sourcing and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and track position control and requisition approval forms
• Post open positions to internal and external job boards and career sites
• Schedule candidate interviews and manage interview calendars across multiple time zones
• Coordinate interview logistics, including candidate communications and confirmations
• Extend verbal offers to candidates as directed by recruiting team and document outcomes accordingly
