Talent Acquisition Coordinator

View Dental is a growing dental organization with multiple clinic locations across Downtown Toronto. We are focused on building strong, reliable clinical and administrative teams that support high-quality patient care and efficient operations. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a confident and driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support hiring across nine dental offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles, including Associates, Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Receptionists, and office support staff
• Draft and post job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Source candidates using job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clinic managers and leadership
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs
