Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition & Engagement Manager to lead our recruitment efforts while enhancing our employer brand. This role also supports corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives through employee engagement and contributes to training coordination. The ideal candidate is passionate about attracting top talent, building meaningful employee experiences, and supporting development programs.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (70%)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for various roles across the organization.
  • Partner with HR GBS Staffing team to develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand long-term workforce needs
