  • Platform Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for negotiating and networking.
  • Strategy: Ability to develop talent sourcing strategies and manage high-volume, complex searches.
