Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle contract hiring across multiple domains – Infrastructure, IT, SAP, Backend, and Frontend.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals and internal databases.
• Work on client portals for submissions, updates, and tracking.
• Ensure non-duplicity and maintain data accuracy.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Maintain excellent communication and professionalism throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Experience in client portal handling and duplicate checks.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
