- Identify and source candidates for frontline to Higher level sales roles in FMCG and F&B sectors
- Communicate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Coordinate with hiring managers for onboarding and interviews
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sales profiles
- Build relationships with clients and candidates

Requirements

- Experience in recruitment, preferably in FMCG/F&B
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand business needs and map to job requirements
- Proactive and result-oriented approach
