End‑to‑End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers across the region to define job requirements, selection criteria, and hiring timelines.
Multi‑Country Hiring Management
- Lead recruitment activities for Malaysia, Singapore, USA and Europe for both technical and non‑technical roles.
- Coordinate with country leaders to understand market‑specific requirements and ensure compliance with local labor practices.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines using multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, talent communities).
- Build long‑term relationships with potential candidates and external recruitment agencies across all four countries.
