Job Description : Currently seeking an energetic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition to join our fast-paced, full life cycle recruitment team; supporting field support and proposal recruitment. This position is responsible for thorough execution of AVASO’s recruiting process for assigned searches, and requires an eye for detail, a passion for finding top talent, and an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. This is a full-time role and requires the ability to plan, multi-task and follow through on assigned tasks.

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc....
