Role Purpose: As an Talent Acquisition executive you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team, supporting various recruitment initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in talent sourcing to identify potential candidates through various channels.
  • Support the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance their experience.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and provide feedback to the hiring team.
  • Maintain and manage client relationships for recruitment services.
  • Utilize recruitment analytics to track and report on hiring metrics.


Team Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with HR professionals and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, ensuring alignment in recruitment efforts and fostering a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in talent sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Familiarity with vendor management and candidate engagement.
  • Knowledge of offer negotiation techniques and candidate screening processes.
  • Ability to coordinate interviews efficiently.
  • Understanding of recruitment analytics and reporting.
