• End-to-end recruitment for RCM roles

• Strong sourcing through Naukri.com , LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals

• Screening and shortlisting high-quality candidates

• Coordinating interviews and ensuring a great candidate experience

• Maintaining daily hiring trackers and supporting onboarding

• Graduation mandatory

• Hands-on experience in recruitment

• Excellent sourcing & screening abilities
